  Appliance delivery is a mess. They hire another company to make deliveries and it causes all kinds of problems. If you read other reviews complaining about home delivery, they are telling the truth. Expect poor communication between the store, the truck, the delivery company, Lowe's 1-800 home delivery, and anyone else that gets involved. Lowe's has awesome prices and free next day delivery, so that's why I'll try again. My advice is to buy the appliance and try to get it delivered a couple times, but don't expect it to just happen. It might. You could get lucky and they might hit the delivery window, or might schedule what you requested, or they might confirm on the phone. It seems simple, but don't expect too much. Jason, assistant store manager, is very rude. Everyone else that works for Lowe's has been very nice and understanding. Everyone but Jason.
